Chepang Hill Trekking is newly open Trekking trail in nepal .This area is 86 km from kathmandu. Dhading and Chitwan Chepang Hills Trekking  is sole because of one of the most ethnic  Chepang Culture in Nepal. Chepangs, speak their own separate language, leading a roaming life and their most important lifestyle, hunting, digging for wild root and fishing and established farming near jungles. A Praja Pande confidence healer might be an interesting figure for cultural tourists to be introduced with them.  Always They reside in the remote and sparse contours of Dhading, Chitwan, Gorkha amd Makawanpur districts. The Dhading/Chitwan Chepang Hills Trekking  offers a odd combination of cultural  (Hunting Gathering) experience.

Dhaulagiri (8166m) To Kanchenjunga (8578m) The trekking passing through  a variety of landscapes and we  will be approach to the population  of their songs, dances, hospitality and craftsmanship they produce among others home  made wine and honey. Itinerary:-

 

 

01 Day:-  Arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer  to  hotel, overnight  hotel.

 

 

02 Day:- Full Day Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley:We will explore the Hindu temple at Pashupatinath (World Heritage site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. We will  explore Swyambhunath,also known as the Monkey Temple, Evening meeting with your trekking guide, get ready for  trekking.

 

 

03 Day:-  Kathmandu to Hungdi to Jayapuri- ( 985m) by bus from Kathmandu it is 86 k.m, it will take 2 to 3 hours, stay at home stay and community-managed guest house and local village sightseeing.

 

 

04 Day:- Trek to Hattibang and Seraichuli (1945m): Walking more or less 4 to 5 hours. Offers best countryside of the surrounding mountains & reach of Chepang, Magar and Giripuri Hattibant. Rest 1 hour, take something food and go to Seraichuli( Highest Mountain of Chitwan District), for view includes a wide range of Himalayan peaks such as Rolwaling, Gaurishankar, Langtang,  Himalchuli, Manaslu,Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, and the Royal Chitwan National Park in the Terai and sun set. Come back Hattibang, See local culture program and overnight at home stay or community-managed guest house.

 

 

05 Day:- Trek to Jyandala (1610m): Walk more or less 5 /6 hours. When we will walk one the way we can see amazing views of the mountains and magnificent sunrise and sunset views. The view includes a wide range of Himalayan peaks such as Rolwaling, Gaurishankar, Langtang,  Himalchuli, Manaslu,Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, and the Royal Chitwan National Park in the Terai. Overnight at  Chepang village.

 

 

06 Day:- Trek to Upperdangadhi (1278m): Walk more or less 5/6 hours. Walking through the popular bird watching site. Here are More than 255 varieties of bird. The dense forest in this region is also homeland to other wild animals. Overnight in Upperdangadhi,which offers a stunning mountain vista.

 

 

07 Day:- Trek to Saktikhor (355m). Walk 5/6 Hour: we will complete our trek here we will have a cultural experience with different  Ethenic Groups Home-stay experience, Cultural shows, We can explore  Chepang Museum and tourist information center, Caves and waterfalls approximately Shaktikhor. From here we can explore Chitwan National Park.

 

 

08 Day:- Saktikhor to Chitwan National Park:  After breakfast Shaktikhor to Chitwan National Park 1 hour drive and see the jungle guide in the bus station and proceed to the camp/resort – welcome by drinks, introductory talk by the program manager, lunch served and a little rest. After  rest little tour around Tharu (Chitwan’s an indigenous tribe) village, dinner and good night.

 

 

09 Day:- Wake up with bed tea, Refresh, Breakfast, Ready for canoeing,  Jungle walk with nature guide and return to camp. Take lunch and rest for some time. Then ready for an elephant safari inside national park return to camp in about dusk. In evening time join with cultural program performed by Tharu youngsters (Famous Tharu Stick Dancer) after program return to hotel, take dinner and good night.

 

 

10 Day:-  Wake up with bed tea, Refresh and ready to go for bird watching tour (this tour must be made at the time birds awake and head for food just before sun dawn), return to camp take heavy breakfast – time to say good bye to the staffs, proceed to the bus, bus starts late morning from Chitwan to Kathmandu.

 

 

11 Day:- Full day sightseeing tour around Kathmandu and evening fare well dinner and overnight at Hotel.

 

 

12 Day:- Departure to your next destination.
